Trung brings over two decades of business and management consulting experience to Abbeyfield An Lac House, leveraging his expertise to ensure the long-term success of the organisation. He is also actively involved in youth development as a coach for two under-13 football teams at MK Wanderers Football Club.

Ian is a Contracts and Quality Manager for Cambridgeshire County Council and has been involved in care and support for over 25 years. He has been a volunteer Trustee for An Lac House for some 12 years during which he has developed an excellent understanding of the needs of residents. Until recently Ian was a long-standing Trustee for a supported housing charity.

Mai was the owner and CEO of an international publishing company specialising in satellite imaging, mapping and navigation technologies. Mai has been an active committee member of An Lac House for over 25 Years. Her focus at present is on fundraising, communicating with external partners and supporting staff in meeting residents’ needs.

Mary grew up in Austin, Texas with her parents and siblings who had migrated from Vietnam to North America in 1975. She studied Business and Accounting at the University of Texas and attended the Bible Truth and Church Service Training in Anaheim, California afterwards. Since then she has worked in the education and hospitality sectors.

Trung is a successful entrepreneur in catering and property businesses. He is a valued member of the team bringing his business experience to aid the overall management and running of An Lac House.

Phung is a retired medical doctor and acupuncture practitioner. She has been closely involved with An Lac House for many years, and continues to provide health advice and support to the residents. She leads regular classes in meditation and relaxation.

Trinh has been part of the committee since the House opened, she is also Chair of the Cambridgeshire Vietnamese Community. Trinh is highly respected in the community for her dedication to the interests of its members.

Graduated in Business Information Technology, Diep spent more than 30 years working for major corporations like Equity & Law, GSK, Merrill Lynch and Syngenta, holding various managerial positions with experience in Project Management & Business Process Analysis. Diep joined An Lac House’s leadership team in 2023 as a Marketing Lead, focusing on marketing activities & process optimisation.

Hue graduated with a Master’s degree in chemical engineering and worked in construction industry. Hue joined An Lac House in 2019 and is responsible for all aspects of its day-to-day operations including ensuring that the quality of the services provided meets national care standards.

Hoa studied culinary cuisine and worked for various 5-star restaurants in Vietnam. Hoa’s passion for food is evident at An Lac House where she works as a chef and house assistant, cooking authentic Vietnamese cuisine for the residents.

Thomas joined An Lac House in January 2024 as Deputy House Manager, assisting to ensure the smooth operation of the House and the wellbeing and safety of the residents.
